Noémie Julien - ing.

Noémie Julien is Director of Sustainable Development at CMAC-Thyssen Mining Group, where she has been working since 2012. A civil engineer by training, she embodies committed leadership, combining technical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for human and collective development.

At CMAC-Thyssen, she leads key initiatives such as continuous improvement, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) strategy, and the company’s digital transformation. She plays a central role in strategic planning, ERP system implementation in Canada and internationally, and the development of software solutions and performance bonus systems.

Actively involved in non-profit governance, Noémie serves on several boards of directors and executive committees, including Maison Source Gabriel, le Club cycliste Accro Vélo, le Festival de musique trad de Val-d'Or and Centre de développé intégré - Village de l’Espoir, in Haiti.
